What's billed separately
So there are no surprises: a domain is about $25/year, hosting about $10/month (paid directly to the registrar and the host — we'll help you choose and set them up). Also billed separately: ads and promotion, and any work outside the agreed spec.

I sell through Instagram and OLX. Why do I need a store?
There you work on someone else's platform: commissions, limits, and a customer base that belongs to the platform. Your own store is your territory: Google brings people straight to your product pages, orders are placed without back-and-forth messaging, and your customer base builds up on your side. Social media doesn't go anywhere — it works well alongside a store.
I have a large price list. How many products can I add?
There’s no limit. We upload products from your Excel or CSV price lists — no need to enter each one by hand. For reference: the largest store in our portfolio has over 40,000 items.
Who will fill the store and run it afterwards?
The initial launch is on us: we import the price list and set up categories and product cards. After that, everything day-to-day — prices, stock, new products, orders — you handle yourself in the admin panel, and we’ll train you.
I already have a store on a website builder. Can I move over?
Yes, that's a routine task. We'll move over your products and content, keep your domain, and set up redirects from the old addresses — so shoppers and Google don't land on a "page not found." After the move the store is fully yours: no builder rental fees or limits, only ordinary hosting remains.
Can you move products over from another site?
Yes, for an additional fee: we’ll pull products from your old store, a marketplace, or from suppliers’ price lists and feeds — and upload them into the new store. We’ll agree on the scope of work and the price in the spec before we start.
How long does launch take?
Faster than people assume: a typical store takes weeks, not months (see the pricing page for a guide). The exact timeline depends on the number of products, the state of your price lists and the integrations — we fix it in writing in the spec and stick to it.
My records are in Excel or an accounting app. Will stock sync up?
We start by importing your Excel/CSV price list — products, prices and stock are uploaded at launch. Automatic sync with your accounting system, so stock updates on its own, is a separate stage after launch — we’ll honestly work out whether you need it right away.
Who owns the store and the code?
You do. The code, product and customer base, domain and hosting — it's all yours, with full access after payment. This isn't a platform rental with a monthly fee: the store works for you for as long as you need, and no platform can change the rules on you.
