Smart consultant
A modern assistant on your site that talks to visitors: answers questions about products, delivery and payment, gives hints and helps them choose. It doesn't replace you or your manager — it's a new capability for your site: consulting customers automatically, the way modern stores already do. It knows your range and is always ready to answer.
What it is and why
The consultant is a chat on your site that a visitor talks to like an ordinary salesperson: they ask about a product, its specs, availability, delivery — and get an answer straight away. No buttons to press or menu items to pick: it understands ordinary questions and answers to the point, knowing your particular range.
Above all it is a modern level for a site. A store that consults visitors itself looks more attentive and more serious — much the way a convenient catalogue or online payment once set a site apart. The consultant doesn't replace real people: complicated or personal questions it passes on to you, and takes the routine ones — the ones that come up most often. You give visitors more without losing personal contact with the client.
What your assistant can do
The starting price is from $200 for the build. From there you choose what your business actually needs — the final cost depends on the set of capabilities.
Talks like a real person — 24/7
- Understands the questions it is asked and answers them
- Keeps the conversation going and helps the customer make a choice
- Available round the clock — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Knows your business and answers from your data
- Knows how your work is set up: how to place an order, how to pay, how delivery works
- Answers from what you have stated on the site, in your documents and in the contract — terms, warranty, contacts
- You can upload your own files (returns policy, instructions) — the consultant will answer from those too
Picking a product for the task
- The customer describes what they need — the consultant picks products from your catalogue
- For example: "I need a cable for a 7 kW cooker, about 15 metres" — and the bot suggests suitable items
- It knows your catalogue and offers options that match the request
Messengers
- Works in messengers too, where customers write most often
- One knowledge base — on the site and in messengers at the same time
Handover to a real manager
- A complicated or personal question it passes on to you — together with the whole conversation
- The customer doesn't have to explain everything from the start again
Transparent, controllable costs
- A panel in your admin area shows how much the work cost over the month and where to top up the balance
- We work out the approximate amount in advance for your traffic — no surprises
- For a large flow you can connect a backup service
What you get
A modern site that consults visitors itself — a level you notice straight away
Fewer routine questions for you: the consultant takes the typical ones and passes the complicated ones to you
Transparent costs: what the AI's work costs is visible in your panel
Room to grow gradually: start with the basics and add capabilities later
Common questions
What am I paying for?
Three parts:
- Setup — one-off, to us: the starting price is from $200, and the final one depends on the capabilities you choose
- The AI's work — monthly, but not to us: the consultant "thinks" on an external service's capacity — you top up its balance for the volume of conversation. It depends on the flow: from a few dollars for a store with modest traffic to a few dozen for a busy one; we work out the approximate amount in advance, and the exact one is visible in the panel
- Support — optional, to us: we update the consultant's knowledge so it doesn't fall behind your range
Isn't this that annoying bot that doesn't understand questions?
No. Old chatbots ran on a rigid script and made you press buttons. Ours understands ordinary language and answers to the point. If it doesn't know something, it will honestly hand the conversation over to you rather than invent an answer.
Won't it start making things up?
We configure the consultant to answer on the basis of your data — your range, terms and documents. When there is no answer, it says it will check, or hands over to a manager.
Can I start with a simple set and expand later?
Yes, and that is exactly how we suggest starting. We build what you need at the start, see how it goes in practice, and add the rest of the capabilities — product picking, messengers, handover to a manager — later, when you can see that you need them.
And if a customer wants to talk to a person?
That is precisely why the consultant doesn't replace people: a complicated or personal question it passes on to you together with the whole conversation, so the client doesn't have to explain everything from the start.
