Sales automation
Automation gathers every enquiry — from the site, email, the phone and messengers — into one place, already sorted: into your record-keeping system or into Telegram, wherever suits you. AI takes on the routine: it sorts enquiries by topic, drafts replies and suggests who to call back first. Talking to the client stays with you.
When there are more enquiries but no more order
If at least two of these look familiar, automation will save you hours.
Enquiries arrive in different places — the site, email, messengers, calls — and something is easily lost.
There are no reminders about who to call back and when.
The same kind of enquiries have to be sorted by hand every day.
You cannot see which enquiries are urgent and which can wait.
You answer similar questions from scratch, even though the answer is almost the same.
Next — what exactly can be automated and how much it costs.
What it is and why
What it costs, in short. Implementation is a one-off: from $120, depending on how many channels there are and how deep the sorting goes; complex integrations are a custom quote.
Where AI takes part in the automation (sorting, drafts, rating), it runs on an external service's capacity with pay-per-volume. It depends on the flow of enquiries: from a few dollars to a few dozen a month; we work out the approximate amount in advance, and the exact one is visible in the panel. That payment goes straight to the service, not to us. Support is optional: we keep an eye on how it works and adjust it for new types of enquiry.
What can be automated
An assistant that takes on the mechanical work with enquiries. Take what you actually need.
Every enquiry in one place
- From the site, email, the phone and messengers — into one record-keeping system
- If you have a CRM up and running — there; if notifications are enough — into Telegram
Sorting enquiries
- The AI works out the topic of the enquiry and which area it belongs to
- It drafts a reply — all you have to do is check it and send
A "hot / cold" rating
- When there are a lot of enquiries, the AI suggests who to call back first
- So that someone ready to buy isn't lost among dozens of "just browsing"
Short summaries of conversations
- The AI condenses a long exchange to three lines of substance — you can see what was agreed
- The same with calls — if you have telephony with call recording connected
Working with reviews
- The AI drafts replies to reviews
- It filters out spam and abuse before you see them — the last word is yours
What you get
Enquiries gathered in one place rather than scattered across channels
Less manual routine: the AI takes on sorting and drafts
You can see who to call back first — you don't lose a client who is ready to buy
Flexibility: enquiries go wherever suits you — into a CRM or Telegram
Common questions
I don't have a CRM — is that a problem?
No. If you have a CRM, we'll connect to it. If you don't, enquiries can arrive straight into Telegram, already sorted. Not everyone needs a CRM.
Will the AI reply to clients instead of me?
Only if you want it to. By default it prepares a draft and you send it. Talking to the client stays with you — the AI removes the routine, not you.
Is client data safe?
Yes. Enquiries and correspondence are stored on your side — in your CRM or Telegram. The AI processes an enquiry only for sorting and hints, and we configure access to the data so that nothing extra goes anywhere.
Is this the same as the consultant on the site?
No. The consultant talks to customers on the site. Automation works behind the scenes — it gathers and sorts the enquiries that have already reached you. They can be combined, or taken separately.
